3.How to Opt In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Harrington Rowe through any form on our website that includes an SMS consent checkbox, including the property inquiry form on our homepage and the For Sellers inquiry form. Our forms include two consent checkboxes:

The SMS consent checkbox is optional and is never a condition of purchase or service. You are not required to consent to SMS messages to submit a property inquiry or use any of our services. The Terms of Service & Privacy Policy checkbox is required to submit any form on our website.
4.How to Opt Out
You may revoke your consent at any time by replying one of the following keywords to any message from us. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.
You may also send an opt-out request by email to [email protected] with your phone number. Opt-out requests are processed within 10 business days in accordance with TCPA requirements.

6.Message Frequency and Rates
Message frequency varies based on account activity, available inventory, and your preferences. Standard carrier message and data rates apply to all messages sent and received. Harrington Rowe does not charge any fees for SMS communications. Supported carriers include all major U.S. carriers. Delivery is not guaranteed for all carriers or devices.
7.SMS Data Privacy
When you opt in, we collect the following information:
Mobile phone number
Name and email if provided via form submission
Opt-in date, time, and method for compliance records
Opt-out date and method if applicable
Message delivery data
We use this information solely to deliver the SMS messages you have consented to receive, maintain consent records for legal compliance, process opt-out requests, and improve the relevance of our communications.
8.Data Sharing
